My legs are jello.... my quads just endured a seriously intense workout.
I've never done front squats before! MUCH different than the normal squat I am used too!!
One thing I LOVED about this work out is the 1 1/4 rep. Lowering down then going back up a quarter of the way to only have to go BACK DOWN then ALL THE WAY UP!! DAMN
