Seriously awesome HIIT Workout at HOME




With three little’s at home and all of our other commitments its inevitable that I will just not make it to the gym. So does this mean that I skip it? Umm, no. Skipping a workout due to a conflict will only hurt you. Its one more rest day, one more day of stress, and one more day of less calories burned.
With our awesome trip to Costo and Kyle working overtime I missed yesterdays workout. Today is technically my rest day… I have to be honest, I’m not an avid home “worker-outter”. I need to go to the gym, sink into my headphones, and lift. I could have just chilled because by my gym routine its my rest day... NOPE. My rest day was yesterday… I do NOT like working out at home but, it didn’t matter, I was not missing a workout. So, I searched the internet for workouts.. IMG_6205
I searched and searched, nothing seemed interesting or that I thought would challenge me. So, I made my own! To me, this workout is a killer. Others may hate it which is totally OK too! But, I think you should give it a go (if you want my opinion). I named it30-10 HIIT (you’ll see why).
I posted my rough draft on the wall and Meira chose to participate (YAY)! She created her own workout routine and she taped it next to mine. We started the music and away we were! Meira had fun with it for the 1st circuit but that was it (pretty good for 4yrs) and I completed 3 circuits. I was exhausted and drenched with sweat. I got a killer whole body workout ..
